Went climbing last night for the first time in almost a week. Realized real quick that I’ve been slacking this month, having gone from 3 times a week minimum to barely once a week. 10a’s that seemed like nothing last month were a serious struggle yesterday. Gotta get back into it.

Just signed up to start doing yoga with my mom on Sundays. The more time I spend climbing the more I feel limited by my lack of flexibility so this should be a good supplementary workout to get me feeling a little more confident on the walls. Here’s hoping it goes well!
